The primary purposes of the Warren Urban Minority Alcohol and Drug Abuse Outreach Program are to:
Increase the awareness and sensitivity of human service providers, through Training, Consultations, Advocacy, and Systems Development regarding: Cultural and Gender Specificity, Understanding and Implementing Cultural Diversity, program development for African American youth, and community organization.

Project G.R.O.W.T.H. (Generations Reaching Out Working Towards Healing ) ; This project provides community based, prevention/intervention programming to promote family stability.
Circle For Recovery (CFRO) - The Circle for Recovery is a community based re-entry program for paroled offenders through Urban Minority Alcohol and Drug Abuse Outreach Programs of Ohio. It is an intensive (17) week relapse prevention and community reintegration program. CFRO provides a range of coordinated services to African-American male offenders on parole from state correctional institutions. The philosophical premise is to ease the adjustment from incarceration to re-entry into the community for the offender and his family.
